Polaris docs live here.
FHIR guides stay on fhir.cognovis.de.
This site should explain the platform around the guides: how Polaris is installed, how the SDK is used, and how agent and LLM access are shaped. The canonical FHIR guide bodies remain on fhir.cognovis.de.
Docs hubs
Start at the right layer.
Third parties should not have to infer platform behavior from ADRs alone. These hubs pull the technical contracts into a public-facing structure and mark unfinished surfaces explicitly as work in progress.
platform
in workInstall and operate Polaris as a platform.
Architecture, deployment modes, install-data, identity, and the practical rollout path for partner installations.
sdk
in workUse the current SDK surface without guessing.
Builders, canonical constants, typed CRUD, registry setup, and copyable API examples for common MIRA workflows.
agents
in workUnderstand the agent and LLM surfaces.
MCP-based agent access, anonymization, audit, and the outbound LLM gateway model from the accepted ADRs.
FHIR guides
FHIR-specific links go straight to the canonical guide families.
If the question is profile definitions, canonical URLs, or package-level FHIR artifacts, go to the guides directly. Polaris docs should route there, not mirror the guide body.
Technical contact
Need help deciding whether your question belongs to Polaris docs or to the FHIR guides?
Reach out for platform, SDK, agent, and rollout questions. If the right answer is a canonical profile page, we will point you to the guide family directly.
